Angara Chicken
Angara means red fiery hot. This word gets derivation from Hindi word “angaar”, which means fire. I have given this recipe this name as the chicken looks fiery red after cooking. Of course, it is spicy, but spice levels is something which you can control easily, as per own taste.

- You can make the same in Oven too. Cook them in oven for 22-25 minutes on 180 degree centigrade temperature.
- Take care not to overcook or undercook the chicken. Cook this chicken on medium heat. Keep turning chicken on each side so as to cook the chicken to core.
- I have sprinkled chaat masala on it for better taste, however you can entirely skip it in case you do not have it.
- You may also make it in an air fryer (I have not made this yet in air fryer).
- Plan ahead for this. As it requires marination, some level of planning is required. Even if you marinate it for more than 6 hours, it won’t hurt. Sometimes I marinate it for more than 24 hrs.
