About

Welcome to Your Food Fantasy , a Food Blog on Multi-Cuisine recipes.

A little about myself

Welcome to my kitchen, where flavors and family meet! I’m Meenu, a food enthusiast and the heart behind this blog, sharing my love for cooking delicious, wholesome meals. I have an MBA in HR and years of experience as an HR Manager in multinational companies. My journey took a flavorful turn when I moved from Northern India to the UK in 2010. Now, I am a mom of two. I have been a wife for 14 years. My passion for cooking has grown into something I eagerly share with others.

When I started, cooking was more of a discovery than a skill. I cooked my first meal in 2008, gathering family recipes and tips from friends, moms, and in-laws along the way. Learning through trial and error, I found that cooking is an art with endless room for creativity and growth. I aimed to recreate restaurant-style dishes to be healthier and tastier. I used simple ingredients and techniques. Anyone can try these at home.

This blog celebrates recipes that bring people together around the table, made from scratch with lots of love and a dash of adventure. Though I’m self-taught, my recipes are crafted with attention to flavor and family-friendly ingredients. I’m excited to share a taste of India and beyond. From vibrant curries to traditional favorites, I offer recipes that anyone can recreate. Join me as I continue to explore, experiment, and share the joy of cooking, one recipe at a time!
