Chicken liver is not red meat nor white meat, it is rather qualified as organ meat aka offal. Organ meats have massive nutritional value. If one was to eat organ meat, they will be doing overdose of required nutrients.

Method
- Wash and cut the liver into cubes. Now add ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, red chilli, turmeric powder, garam masala and coriander powder and set aside for 15 mins to marinate.
- Heat oil in a tawa or a flat pan and add cumin. Add onion and saute till little brown. Subsequently add tomatoes and let this cook to take away the crunchiness or raw tomatoes.
- Top up with chicken liver.
- Mix and fry on a low heat for 3-4 mins. Add a bit of water and mix it thoroughly. Cover the lid and every 3 mins mix it, ensuring liver is not sticking to the pan. Check that liver cuts smoothy to know that its cooked.

Spicy Chicken Liver Fry
Ingredients
- 400 Grams Chicken Liver Cut into cubes
- 2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Onions Medium Size – Finely Chopped
- 1 Tomato Medium Size – Finely Chopped
- 10 ML Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder As Per Taste
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
- 2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1.5 Teaspoon Salt As Per Taste
- Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnishing (Optional)
- Lemon Wedges For Garnishing (Optional)
- Ginger Juliennes For Garnishing (Optional)
- 2 Green chillies For Garnishing (Optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
Instructions

Notes
- Take care on quantity that you consume at a given time.
- Try to serve hot and consume in 2-3 days of cooking.
- Be smart in your diet while using chicken liver, it has so many good vitamins and other mineral contents, though high in cholesterol, if you mix with diet of other less cholesterol, this is great food.
