Hello my lovelies! Hoping this near has been treating all of you well. Its already close to end of Feb and I am now publishing this January review, so am a tad late, never the less you get to know what I feel about the contents in the box. Box was itself delivered little late than usual around 23rd January. With new year, there have been lot of things going around in my life (including my first holiday post pregnancy) to keep me overly occupied and now with second baby life is only more busy.
Below is the review of January 2019 Degustabox, which had some stuff which I liked and some I felt worth ignoring.
The Review
This time around the box came almost close to last week of January, however I was well informed about the delivery and came well packaged. Guess what?? This time around the box look was changed. I liked this new design.
Below is summary of contents in the box.

Further now, let me share my view on contents of the box in the sequence of what I tried.
Ryvita Protien Red Quinoa & Sesame
These crunchy biscuit kinda thing was an instant hit. Very low in fat and super rich in protein. Yes, I love such products. Tasted great on its own or with a dip. Suggested rrp of £1.59 seemed right.

Another super hit product. As soon as I opened the box, my daughter said she wants it and she had it too 🙂 She loved both but felt lemon cheesecake was bit sour for her liking. None the less great product with 10 cal and perfect for kids dessert. Suggested rrp of £0.75, may be just a bit high by few pence in my view.

Bahlsen Pick Up! Milk Chocolate
One more good product in the box. One more product for my daughter. Thank you for including this product in the box. Loved by my daughter and as long as she is happy, do I ask more? With rrp of £1.69 I think I am going to buy it again.

With less than 30 calories, and punch of protein these are great cakes as snacks with any topping of the choice. Another nice product, which is gluten free too. I liked the rice one more than the lentils one, but that’s my personal choice and with rrp of £1.30 these are surely affordable.

I am not new to lioBites, and have used its products already. This time around I saw these freezed dried apple bites. Very light weight in taste, but may be a bit sour. As you know by now, sour is not my taste. Rrp of £1.50 does not help either. I will personally not use these apple ones, but I know other liobite products which I have been using and will continue to do so.

I saw the name matar paneer and I was super excited, however this is one product which I felt was let down. It was not even close to authentic taste of matar paneer. Adding a pinch of random spice does not make it matar paneer flavour, I am sorry to say! Priced £1.00, but if it was even half the price, it will still be no from my end.

Love love and love these yummy bars. Full of energy and great in taste. I don’t care about rest. Thank you for these bars. With rrp of £1.20 I felt I will go and buy these again. Too much of yumm here 😀

Just love the fact how these guys have made such lovely butter and with far less fat. I used it in my smoothie and tasted lush! A pack is for £0.75 and I could use in three glasses of smoothie easily. For me this is yes. Of course you can get this cheaper from local grocery stores.
Quick to make noodles are great on any busy weekday. Miso Ramen fits in the same category. This was easy to make as it says on kit. Now talking about taste, I must confess, it was not my kinda thing. Nothing wrong with these, but some how I found it pretty bland. May be next time I will experiment with some veggies and spices. It is marked as RRP of £3.50.
Oh wow. This is nice product and I can make most of it. Good for my gut. I use it with water to clean my guts and found this fairly smooth. I do hope to buy few more bottles and stack it. With RRP of £2.95 I feel its bit steep, but have seen little cheaper on local grocery stores.

Over all another great box of surprise, the new box design and some great products, and as you can see for only £12.99 it provides goods worth lot more. I will recommend you all my lovelies to go ahead and try a box to begin with, especially as you can use promo code of “MB6LZ” and get the box for only £7.99. Subsequently decide if you want next box or not. Cancellation is easy, just in case you change your mind.
