Detailed review of Jan 2022 Degustabox
January month’s degustabox was all about “Breakfast, on the go & kick start the new year”. Aptly suited for the new year.
Content details of the box is shared below.
Linwoods Health Foods
I received a pack of flaxseeds from linwoods. Flaxseeds are good for health, no doubt. Good quality seeds and nice packaging. I used the seeds in my breakfast as well as in my normal cooking. The 425g pack costs just about fiver and 80g pack costs £1.99. These seeds from linwoods are available at most of the health stores, as well as amazon. Happy with these seeds.

Get More Vits – Vitamin B12 Drink
Lovely refreshing taste of pink grapefruit. Surely loved the taste and the fact that this drink contains B12, I am pleased. I was for that matter on B12 medication and top-ups like this are welcome. Each bottle costs £1.50 and is available at Tesco, Ocado and Amazon.

Richmond – Toad in the hole meal kit
Famous toad in the hole kit from Richmond was also in the Degustabox as a voucher. The pack had batter mix and handy meal kit for weekday meals. The pack costs £2.95 and is available at major supermarket chains in UK.
Prodigy – Roasted hazelnut chocolate bar
Healthy chocolate bars are hit in my family. My hubby, and my both kids love these. Finding the hazelnut chocolate bar in the Degustabox was a nice thing. Nice crunchy whole roasted hazelnuts inside smooth chocolate, oh yum! The bar costs £1.75 and is available in health stores, Holland & Barrett, on Amazon and on https://www.prodigysnacks.com

Quinola – Corn, Pulses and Quinoa Crackers
I was not sure about these quinoa crackers, however once I had one, I was super excited. Lovely crunch and taste, and these contain barely 22 calories. I am buying these again. The pack costs £1.75 and is available at Holland & Barrett as well as Ocado.

Mutti Chopped Tomatoes
I had not tried Mutti tomatoes before, and had not even heard about these. However, when I tried these chopped tomatoes, I was definitely pleased. These have lovely rich flavour, bright red color. The single can costs £1.30 and is available at Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Booths, Ocado and Amazon.

Lee Kum Kee Sauces
Have you heard of Lee Kum Kee? Totally new name for me. I was sent a sample box of sauce with umami flavours. I may curries with them and was new sort of taste for me, I think I liked that. These are available at Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s, CO-OP, Morrisons, Waitrose, Ocado, as well as Chinese and Oriental supermarkets.

Dr. Will’s Tomato Ketchup
Again, this ketchup brand is new to me, something which I found in January 2022 Degustabox. I liked this ketchup in comparison with my usual go to brand. Absolutely flavourful ketchup. Each bottle, as shown below, costs £3.50 and is available as Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado and few others.

Califia Farms Oat Blend
Lately I have hooked onto pod coffee at home, and also trying to get away from using milk. This Oat Barista Blend was just too good on my coffee. Nice frothy coffee with this oat blend. The pack costs £2.00 and is available at major supermarkets in UK. Try it.

Harvest Snaps – Sour cream and chive crunchy lentil rings
In my home, barely anyone likes sour cream taste, however my 3 year old relishes it. I gave him this Degustabox find to try and he absolutely loved these. He kept asking for more, till it was all done. I too tasted it and loved the crunch in it. I liked the fact that these are vegan. Each pack costs £1.75

Eat Natural – Low sugar granola
Without any shadow of doubt I loved granolas from Eat Natural. So good, so crunchy, so tasty. It had seeds, almonds, nice level of sweetness. I would buy these again and again. The pack costs £3.00 and won’t mind paying for good quality. Available at most supermarkets in UK.

Nine Bar – Dark Choc and Orange
Dark chocolate and orange is a divine combination. As a family, we love bars from 9brand. This orange and dar choc bar was well received and all four of us had a bite at least of it. Family that eats together, stays together 🙂 The bar costs £0.99 and is fantastic. You can find this bar in most of UK based supermarkets.

Overall, January degusta box had amazing products to have on the go, varying from new names Lee Kum Kee to old established household names like Nine Bar and all products were good.
