Ingredients
4Chicken Legs
2tbspYogurt
1tbspGinger Garlic Paste
1tspSalt
1/2tspRed Chilli Powder
1tspCoriander Powder
1/2tspTurmeric Powder
1tspKebab masala
1/3tspDried Mint powder
1tbspLemon Juice
3tbspOil
Instructions
Wash the chicken legs, make small cuts and keep them aside.
In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and kebab masala. Mix well and add lemon juice and 1 tablespoon oil to it. Mix again.
Coat the chicken legs with this marinade all over.
Heat the air fryer on 190 degree for few minutes and then place the chicken legs on the tray and roast them for 5-7 minutes.
Brush them with oil on both sides and turn them. Roast for 10-15 more minutes.
Crispy airfried chicken is ready to serve and enjoy.
Notes
If you have ample time in hand, you can leave the chicken legs marinated for some time, they will taste more better.
You can adjust cooking time if the chicken legs are not cooked completely as heat functioning varies with different brands of air fryer.
In case of non availability of air fryer, you can make this in oven too.
