Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Cauliflower Florets
  • 2 Tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 Tsp Fried Onion
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves / Kasuri Methi
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/3 Tsp Orange Food Colour Optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients, namely, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, fried onion and lemon juice, except oil, together in a bowl and make a paste of it.
  • Now add 1 tablespoon oil and mix well.
  • Add the cauliflower florets in it and mix them well so they are well coated. Cover the bowl and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Pre heat the oven for 5-7 minutes on 180 degree temperature. Place the florets one by one on a baking tray. Spread the rest 1 tablespoon oil over them and keep the tray in oven for 20 minutes.
  • Take the baked cauliflower florets out and serve hot.

Notes

  1. You can cook this recipe on barbecue too.
  2. Adding colour is optional.
