Mix all the ingredients, namely, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, fried onion and lemon juice, except oil, together in a bowl and make a paste of it.
Now add 1 tablespoon oil and mix well.
Add the cauliflower florets in it and mix them well so they are well coated. Cover the bowl and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
Pre heat the oven for 5-7 minutes on 180 degree temperature. Place the florets one by one on a baking tray. Spread the rest 1 tablespoon oil over them and keep the tray in oven for 20 minutes.
Take the baked cauliflower florets out and serve hot.
Notes
You can cook this recipe on barbecue too.
Adding colour is optional.
