2tbspYogurt
1.5tbspGinger Garlic Paste
1/2tspRed Chilli Powder
1tspCoriander Powder
1.5tspGaram masala
1tspSalt
1tspLemon Juice
1Green pepperdiced into cubes
1Oniondiced into cubes
100gramPaneerdiced into cubes
4tbspPizza sauce
2tbspMayonnaise
4tbspSweetcorn
2tspPaprika
1/2tspBlack pepper powder
12tbspGrated Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, Coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt to it and mix well. Add lemon juice and mix again.
Add bell pepper, onion and paneer to it and mix again.
Take a bread slice and spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce and 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise on top of it.
Place marinated paneer, pepper and onion pieces on it. Spread 1 tablespoon sweetcorn and sprinkle black pepper and paprika on it.
Spread cheese and place them on a baking tray. Bake them in airfryer/oven for 10 minutes on 180 degree temperature.
Once done, take them out and slice them into half. Enjoy with ketchup and Hot Tea or Coffee.
Notes
Sprinkle oregano or mixed herbs for some extra flavour.
You can use more vegetables of your choice like mushroom, olives or Jalapenos for that extra hotness.
