Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 Grams Spiring Onion Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy souce
  • 1 Inch Piece Ginger Grated
  • 3 Garlic Cloves Grated
  • 250 Grams Prawns I have used pre-cooked. You can use raw and pre-cook.
  • 200 Grams Rice
  • 2 Tablespoon Oil
  • Black pepper powder To Taste
  • Salt To Taste

Instructions
 

  • First of all wash and soak rice for 10-15mins and then cook the rice them in enough water till they are 90% done. Drain them and keep it aside.
  • Now in a pan, add oil, once heated add grated ginger and garlic. Add Chopped spring onion into it once garlic and ginger has been roasted a bit.

  • Once onions are done a bit, add salt and pepper, add beaten eggs and mix it well in the pan.
  • Now add prawns and soy sauce, saute it well for 3 mins.

  • Finally add the rice and mix them well. Cover with lid and let it cook for 2-3 mins.

  • Finally plate it and garnish with spring onions, chillies, cabbage. Serve hot.

Notes

  • If you using raw prawn they look grey in color, make sure you clean it well and pre-cook it. Pre-cooked prawns look pinkish in color.
  • You can add green peas and other vegetables in this.
  • Reason to cook rice 90% is so to avoid it getting broken while mixing in the pan, and remaining 5% will get cooked in the pan with prawns.
