Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaves and black Cardamon and let them crackle. Add chopped onion now and sauté for a minute.
Add Chopped chillies and mince Lamb in it and mix well. Sauté this until the meat colour changes to brown. Now add chopped tomatoes and all the spices listed above and sauté again for a minute.
Add green peas, yogurt and mix well. Now add 1/2 cup of water and cover the pan with lid. Let it cook for 20-25 minutes.
Open the lid and sauté it for few more minutes, till all the moisture dries away.
Transfer to a bowl and serve hot as a side dish with dal rice, or on its own with bread.
Notes
I have used frozen peas in my recipe, but you can use fresh ones as well.
You can add 1-2 tablespoon of Desi Ghee/Clarified Butter to enhance the taste of the dish.
Adjust the amount of spices according to your taste level.
