Instructions
 

  • First thing we need to do is melt chocolate, for this chop the chocolate into small pieces and keep them in a glass bowl. Now keep this bowl into a big Kadhai /pan with boiling water. Stir it continuously with the help of a spatula as the chocolate start to melt.
  • Take the bowl out once the chocolate is melted evenly. Now mix cashews, raisins, esiccated coconut, ground almond, 2 tablespoon of pistachios and 4 tablespoon cranberries. Mix them together properly.
  • Grease a tray with butter/oil and transfer this mixture on it and spread evenly. Spread rest of chopped pistachios and cranberries and tap with the spatula so that they stick on top of it.
  • Let it cool down for some time and then cut them into pieces.

Notes
