Ingredients
  

  • 4 Apple Medium size, peeled and chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon Raisins
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder
  • 4 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 4 Filo sheets
  • Oil For Deep Frying

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a pan over high heat and add apples to it. Saute for 2-3 minutes and then add raisins and sugar. Mix well and cover the pan with lid and cook for 5-7 minutes over low heat.

  • Open the lid and increase the heat to medium and cook till all the water evaporates. Add cinnamon power and nutmeg powder and mix well. Switch off the heat and let the mixture cool.

  • Mix one tablespoon of flour and water to make a paste. We will use this to stick the edges of samosa.
  • Divide each filo sheet into 3, that way we will have 12 strips. Take one and put 1 tablespoon mixture on the side as shown in video. Fold it to give a shape of samosa and stick the edge with the flour water paste.
  • Make all the samosa by repeating the above process, and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan/Kadhai and fry them till they are nice golden brown on both the sides. Take them out on a kitchen towel. Serve and Enjoy….
