In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients including the chana / chickpeas and mix well.
Garnish with Chopped Coriander leaves and serve.
Notes
To get the boiled chana, soak the chana for 6-8 hours in enough water. Then pressure cook them for 3-4 whistle. Once the pressure is released, drain the water and use these boiled chana as per the recipe.
Here at my place we get small red Radish, round in shape. I have used them in my recipe, if you have white long ones, use half of it. You can either grate or finely chop it.
You can make this chaat without boiling the chana as raw chickpea/chana chaat. That too taste awesome. Similarly you can use raw moong sprouts too for this recipe to make moong sprout chaat.
