2TablespoonFresh Coriander LeavesChopped - For Garnishing and added flavour
1TablespoonOil
Instructions
Mash the boiled potatoes properly. Do you not mash it like mash potatoes.
Heat oil in a pan / kadhai on medium flame. Add Cumin seeds and once they crackle add chopped chillies, salt and pepper powder to it and sauté for a minute.
Add boiled potatoes and mix well.
Now, add 1.5 cup of water and let it cook till you get the desired consistency of gravy.
Switch off the flame and add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
Notes
You can adjust the level of spice as per your taste. As I eat salt and spices only once a day during fasts, so I feel like to eat little more spicy.
Using Desi ghee/clarified butter in place of oil will make your sabzi taste much more good.
You can adjust the amount of water depending how thin or thick you want your gravy to be.
