Cut the tofu in squares and in a pan, shallow fry these pieces with 2 tablespoon of oil till they are nice golden on each sides. Take tofu out and now sauté all the vegetables in the same pan.
Heat another pan and add oil to it. Add coconut milk, Zest and Zing Thai curry powder and salt to it. Bring it to boil and add fried tofu and sautéed vegetables to it. Mix well and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Switch off the heat and add lime juice. Mix again and serve hot with Tandoori Masala Egg Noodles.
