Its been a couple of months I visited a local Thai restaurant, and had Pad Thai. Ever since then I had idea brewing in my mind to create something which is a good fusion of Indian and Thai cuisine. Both these cuisines have distinct flavour, hence I wanted to preserve the same and offer something scrumptious yet authentic. Hence I decided to play gently with flavours to maintain originality and offer newness.
