Badam Burfi Recipe
Badam burfi (बादाम बर्फी) recipe or badam katli recipe is one of the delicious sweet filled with goodness of almonds. This recipe of mine is fairly simple and requires primarily Almonds, sugar and ghee. This sweet forms a great gift for festive season like Diwali or Holi. This recipe of mine is traditional recipe, which involves soaking and peeling almonds, and this as fresh as it can get. The key to success here is the soft burfi with right amount of sugar and almonds.

Fresh Coconut Burfi / Coconut Fudge or fresh Nariyal burfi is a classic and traditional Indian sweet which is prepared during festivals and special occasions. The taste and the juices that emanate from the fresh coconut give the special richness to this delicacy. Potato is widely eaten food across the globe. For someone who is fasting Potato offers good Carohydrates, and Potassiam. I am firm believer that one who is fasting does not need to eat boring usual Potato stuff, rather I like offering delicious food. Though I made this Potato Halwa (आलू हलवा / Aalo Halwa) during fast, by all means one can eat anytime, and must not restrict to fasting season.
Aaloo ka halwa or potato pudding is a dessert mostly eaten in fasts and hails from Marwari cuisine. This is really an easy to make sweet dish which one can make in jiffy with minimum ingredients from pantry.

Kaju Katli or Cashew fudge is a Indian sweet which is favourite of all. Be it any occasion this sweet can make it more special. I make this now very often and believe me it’s not difficult at all. All you need is just 2-3 basic ingredient and 15-20 minutes of time and you are ready with your mouthwatering home made sweets.
