  1. Pre-heat the oven at 180 degree temperature for 6-7 minutes. Place the Baugette / Garlic bread slices on a baking tray and bake them for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Get your tomatoes, onion and mushrooms chopped and ready.
  3. Meanwhile, lets prepare our topping. Heat a pan over medium heat with 2 teaspoon of oil. Add chopped mushrooms, tomatoes and onions and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Now add chopped jalapenos ,salt and pepper and sauté again for a minute. Switch off the heat.
  5. Take out the baking tray carefully and place it on a cooling rack. Now spread the onion-mushroom topping evenly on the slices. Sprinkle cheese on top of it and place the tray again in the oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Take out the tray and serve the bruschetta hot.
Recipe Notes
  • In my recipe, i have used garlic bread slices but you can use any bread of your choice.
  • Try experimenting with other toppings of your choice, like artichokes, olives or avocado.
